As people age, they may suffer from various diseases such as dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. These diseases decline the cognitive function of the brain. However, engaging in daily body work out helps the brain to remain active and prevent such diseases. That’s why people who regularly work out are fit both mentally and physically despite their old age.
