Modify Your Diet

The first step to obtaining your six pack is to modify your diet. You will need to decrease your overall body fat. Reduce consumption of processed foods and sugars. Eat more vegetables, nuts, fruits, protein, and healthy fats, like olive oil and avocados.​

Eat some protein-rich food for breakfast, including lots of vegetables, fruits, and fibre and drink lots of water. But remember, moderation is essential.

High-Intensity Training

If you want to get six packs and burn more calories faster, don’t spend all your time in the so-called fat-burning zone. Instead, add some high-intensity training or HIIT to your exercises a few times each week.

Regular Cardio

Core And Abdominal Exercises

Once you have reduced the body fat to a point where your six pack becomes slightly visible, performing ab and core strengthening exercises will show more visibility.
