There comes a time a couple of times a year that we think. Maybe I should do a juice cleanse, or perhaps I need to do a body detox. It usually comes around the new year because, after all, we do want to start the new year off on a clean slate. And summertime when everyone is going on vacation and wants that perfect summer body. You may not realize this, but there are toxins in our air, in our food, in the medicines we take, literally everywhere. If we do not take care of our bodies, we are risking getting sick and possibly getting other people sick. Look, let’s face it. When we do not feel our best, we start slacking everywhere else in our life. If you really think about it, when was the last time you felt outstanding? Like to where everything felt right. It probably has been a really long time. We do not think that it is essential but we really do need to detox and cleanse our bodies ever so often. After all, this is the only body we have. And the younger we start taking care of our bodies, the healthier we will be when we are older. Our bodies are made to withstand a lot, but they also needed to be treated well.
