Staying locked in home is not a joke. While people across the world are fighting the dangerous coronavirus pandemic using different measures, India is going through a period of 21-days lockdown. Though this decision is taken to protect the citizens against corona infection, the trauma of lockdown is leaving people bored, sluggish and more susceptible to stress and anxiety.

In such a situation, it is very important to stay calm and focus on being healthy and fit; Afterall, the lockdown is levied to ensure citizens’ health. Exercise every day with your family; it will be a fun time for sure.

  1. Take a proper sleep

One of the most important points is to take proper 7-8 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep leaves a negative impact on your emotional intelligence and psychological health. Go to bed early so that you can wake up early and maintain a healthy routine throughout the entire day. Don’t forget to limit the screen time.

  1. Declutter Your Home

Though this may sound a bit weird, it can have a positive effect on your health. By spending time decluttering, organizing and cleaning your home, you will feel more productive and happy from within. If you are just bored and feel like you have nothing to do, cleaning your home is the ultimate solution. It will act as a two-edged sword that will ensure you are happy and that your home will shine too.
